Giving advice
When advising on infant feeding, building a good relationship with customers is important. Use TBHW to inspire customers to return at each phase in their babies' feeding journey.
In addition to the selection of baby milks and foods, there is a variety of products such as bottles, teats, sterilising equipment, feeding bowls and cups that you might stock. Being familiar with your product range and how they should be used will help you give personalised additional advice.
